Addi got bored waiting for the skydivers to fall, so she decided to go for a wander in Stumers Creek, somehow she managed to keep semi dry. It is hard to believe that we are heading into winter.

Just a few small swells rolling in for an early morning surfer. Seacove Resort - Enjoying the Moment.

As I sit in the office looking out at this overcast Friday, it cheers me up when I look at the weather forecast and see sunshine predicted.. Seacove Resort, Enjoying the Moment.

Still trying to wear the kids out and kayaking seems like a winner, Robbie paddles, while the kids run up and down the sandbar. Everyone is happy.

The kids had a ball playing with the phone's camera underwater and we had to drag them out of the pool when it got dark.

How much do you like it?

It has been a busy week at Seacove Resort Coolum Beach, a new website coming online, sporting fields being built to the north of us and getting the complex ready for the September school holidays. Hunter and Robbie are looking forward to a lazy Sunday afternoon of fishing on the Maroochy River. Maybe this will be our day to catch the big one?

Another great morning at Coolum Beach, with an early morning walker capturing the moment. Seacove Resort - Enjoying Life on the Sunshine Coast

How good does that look?

We were lucky enough to catch this great sunrise the other morning as we wandered up to Point Perry with a coffee. This is one of the reasons we enjoy living on the Sunshine Cost.

Hunter and Robbie had a great day out kayak fishing on the Maroochy River over the school holidays. It was the lads first crack at kayak fishing and it certainly will not be their last, as any day on the water chasing fish is a good day. Next time we may even catch something.

A relaxing afternoon at Maroochy River Sunshine Coast with Hunter. Wonder what we will get up to tomorrow for the school holidays?

After a few days of overcast conditions, it is great to see a sunrise like this at Coolum Beach. A little brisk but perfect weather to watch the sun come up with a hot coffee in hand.

We should start to see some of the magnificent characters passing by Coolum Beach soon as they head north to Fraser Island.

We love this time of year when the weather has just turned that bit nippier. Taking an early morning dip in our heated spa at Seacove Resort is a fantastic way to start the day. It is even more spectacular when you have the steam coming off the spa in the morning. We missed our morning stroll down at Coolum Beach and more importantly a coffee at The shop coolum, definitely on the cards for Saturday.

It is another great Winters morning at Coolum Beach Sunshine Coast and it is looking good for getting away for the long weekend. We should have planned this morning better and got some coffee from The shop coolum before we came down to the beach for a wander around. Ahh well, there is always tomorrow.

Kookie our resident Kookaburra at Seacove Resort joined us this morning for a bite to eat. We really need to talk to her about eating with her feet on the table - bad manners in anyone's book!!!!
